2019 is literally around the corner now and with a new year comes the opportunity to reflect, plan and refocus *cues calming piano music, massages temples whilst staring into the distance*
I’ve personally tried to make a habit of reflecting on the year passed and mapping out the things I want to achieve in the coming year. Some people may call it a “New Years resolution” but it’s got to be a lot more detailed than just having a vague goal.
We’ve got to make our goals practical allowing them to transform from a dream to an achievable, actionable plan.
The starting point is right now, where are you in your life right now? What went well this year? What have you learned and what could have been better?
Each question aids in ensuring the knowledge gained across the year (or period of time) and during reflection in this moment has the potential to become the wisdom necessary to propel you through the coming year.
I’ve created a free two page worksheet that will help support in assessing your current position across different areas of your life and setting realistic goals for 2019 and beyond. Subscribe to the blog, download and print out the worksheet, stick it on your bedroom wall or in your journal, fill it out and be sure to check back to see the progress you’ve made over the course of the year.
Oh yeah please remember to share with a friend. Don’t be selfish, let’s all glow together!!
Love and blessings,
